SALE OF THE GOVERNMENT SCHOONER. MESSRS. LONGDEN and LE CREN have been honoured with instructions from the Colonial Government, to Sell by Auction, the vessel known as the GOVERNMENT SCHOONEE. This vessel is about 20 tons, decked, and very strongly built, being originally intended for a Gun Boat. She has 2 Anchors, and Cables, and her Sails and Bigging are in first rate order, Galley and Cooking Stove complete. Her draught of water is about 4 feet 3 inches, and she is well adapted for the coasting or Sumner Trade. She is now lying on the beach below the Boat House, where she may be thoroughly inspected.
