BUILDING AREA LIMIT. A recommends!ion from the Worka Committer dc>fir>isijr the building areas to be allowed within (ho borough was discussed at (he meeting of the Borough Council on Monday evening. The recommendation was as follows: > (a) No person Hhall erect a new dwelling house, in the borough in any unsowered area upon a site of less area than one-quarter of an acre and unless such site BhaU have a frontage of at least 50ft to a road, (b) Erect any dwelling house to be used purely for residential purposes in any sewered area upon a site of a less area than one-fifth of an acre, and unless such site shall have a frontage of at least 30ft to road. (c) Erect any combined shop and dwelling house in any sewered area upon a site of less area than one-eighth of an acre and unless such ai'o shall have a frontage of at least 30ft to a road. No dwelling house erected after the coming into operatiun of these by-laws shall stand closer than five feet to either of the side boundaries of itl site.
