(Received Nov. 4, 10.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 3. The women's suffrage appeal was defeated in Massachusetts by 108,000 majority; in New York by 205,668; in Pennsylvania by 150,000. All the returns are incomplete. Prohibition was defeated in Ohio by about 60,000 majority.
