(Received Nov. 4, 11.20 a.m.) PARIS, Nov. 3. A communique states: Between October 20th and November Ist, at the Dardanelles, there was only one mine explosion, which was to our advantage. British monitors twice bombarded military establishments at Gallipoli. Despite protective nets and mines, many lines deep, British and French submarines nave passed the Straits and are co-operating in the Sea of Marmora, where they are making movement of Turkish vessels and the reprovisioning of the Turks ,pn the peninsula particularly difficult.
