MOVE

LONDON, Nov. 3. The Daily Express' correspondents at New York, Geneva and Amsterdam declare that Germany is making steps towards peace through the Pope and President Wilson.
According to members of the Reichstag, Germany' 6 peace terms will include cession of the Meuee frontier and Courland, and an indemnity of fifteen hundred millions sterling.
