LONDON, April 3. ! Her Majesty the Queen is sufficiently recovered from the accident to her knee, ' occasioned by falling down a staircase at Windsor Castle on the 22nd ultimo, to to take carriage exercise, but is quite incapable of walking, and can scarcely stand.
