FIRE BRIGADE MEETINGS.

Mr E. Davis, on behalf of his firm, gave a donation of £2 2s to meet preliminary expenses. Yesterday Messrs Corlctt, Davis and Mayes saw Mr Malfroy who expressed his wishes for the success of the Brigade; and promised every assistance in'his power; The Brigade could have'the use of the.appliances belonging to the Government for ordinary practice weekly and for Wei practice monthly.
