ROTORUA SANATORIUM.
Wellington, This day. Information is desired by Mr W. Kelly as to whether any stops have boon taken, to carry ont the recommendations oi' the Inspector-General of Hospitals in regar I to Rotorua and they Thermal Springs District ; and whether it is the intention of the Government to carry out the recommendations in Dv MacGregor's report. The House went into Committee of Supply for the further consideration of the Estimates. On the item " Rotorua Sanatorium."' in reply to Mr T. Mackenzie. Mr Reeves said that Dr Ginders was quite competent to supervise the Sanatorium, but what was wanted was a medical man from the, Continent with an export knowledge of mineral waters and medical baths who could superintend the whole establishment. He was prepared to make arccommendation to the Cabinet to thieffeot. The whole vote wxw pissed.
