A WOMAN'S FREAK.
A strange caso of male impersonation (says a Paris correspondent) is about to como beforo the Paris tribunals. An eccentric young woman, named Pelicite Letournoux, living at Toul, was anxious to visit Paris. Not having enough in hor possession to pay the fare, she borrowed the unifoim of an artillery man and obtained a military ticket at reduced fare, In the course of the journey Mile. Letournoux was too communicative with a female passenger, who detected the disguise, and on the arrival of the train at the Gare de I'Est informed a police agent, The pseudo-soldier was arrested, and is now charged with the triple delinquency of illegally wearing the uniform, defrauding the company, and vagabondage. Maitre Oster, the prisoner's counsel, will plead that W\e. Letournoux was carried away by her love of Paris, and that her escapade ought to be overlooked.
