Mojtoay, JvXr. 24 [Before Lieut-Col. Roberts, S.M.] J. E. Grace v. Rainiona Patera. Claim on aP. X. for i 74. Judgment for plaintiff with costs £2 :ss. George Blake v. Kani Hon. This was a judgment summons and the defendant, after evidence was heard, was ordered to pay the amount claimed, viz.. £l7 lis., with costs by July 22; in default one months imprisonment in Napier Gaol. Robert Chase v. Kumiroai Claim for £24 or the return of two horses. After lengthy evidence had been taken judgment was given for the defendant with costs of court amounting to £(! 2s. George BlakC v. Waikari Karaitiann. Claim on a dishonored order for £3 10s (id. Judgment for plaintiff with costs 7s. J. Gallagher v. Puhirere. Claim for £2 Is Sd. Defendant admitted the debt and judgment Was given accordingly for plaintiff with 0s costs.
