Now, therefore, I hereby appoint the office of 'the Town Clerk, Napier, as the place, and FRIDAY, the ISth day of February, 1889, as the day for the Nomination of Candidates for the said office for the above-named District. And I hereby further give notice that Candidates m\kt be Nominated by means of Nomination Papers, in' the prescribed form, delivered .to me, or' addressed to me and delivered at the said office of the Town Clerk, before NOON of the said 15th day of February. Each suoh Nomination Papormust state the full names of the Candidates, and must be signed by two Electors of the Ward of the Borough constituting the Licensing District for which such Candidate is Nominated, and also by the Candidate himself in token of his assent to such Nomination.
