' . j MORE BAD WEATHER. Mr Bates reports that there was a disturbance at Wellington yesterday, 'which was centered off East Cape, but is now located in the vicinity of the Chatham Islands. Decreasine southerly winds have prevailed, with cold, showery weather in many Darts, but the conditions have improved generally to-day. The present indieatiojis are for' southerly breeze^ veering to increasing westerlies, Mid northerlies. The weather is "changeable, but cloudy and unsettled conditions, are. likely to prevail again shortly in" all the western districts. The barometer .will fiill everywhere soon.
