FRENCH TRAITORS.
COURT-MARTIAL AT PARIS. ji -. * /PARIS, June 27. The most remarkable court-martial on record was .begun. Twenty-five prisoners desenbed as "The Informowof Laon," of whom tAventy arc French *our Germans and erne Belgian. They are arraigned for treason :iii;\ spying. The chief is- a German named Thomas Palastian, who acted in Laon as head secret agent. His chief business was to unearth the French to spy on one another. Most of the other prisoners were his dupes or agents. Scores were shot as a rasult of the gangs denunciated, and many others imprisoned. . ; • -rr Palsatian was arres+«d in Paris. \He supplied the authorities with information of those 'in. Germany during the occupation of Laon. The niost notable of tho prisoner* is Toque, an ex-colom-al administrator, who . betreyed many of his companions.
