Commercial intelligence branch, states, that it has bfen decided to appoint three trad: CtHu.missic-dieHi in Canada, two each in Australia, South .Africa, and India, and one each . in New Zealand, Straits Settlements, and West Indies. Other posts arc to be created as opportunity arises. The scheme generally, agrees, with the recommendations- of /"the Dominions Royal Commission. "
