Official: The King, on the occasion of the capture of M'pnastir, cordially congratulated the .Serbian Commander and his -valiant army?' -which is struggling shoulder to shoulder with the Allies.
The Czar, in a similar message, said he was persuaded that the Allies' common eftorts would bo crowned with complete victory, assuring Serbia of the free development of her political life, and the realisation of her national aspirations. . '
