Kairaki. Kaituna.. • Waimea. Arahura. Ctyde. After a detention of nearly a week the vessels in port^ got away to sea on Saturday/ morning;, and several vessels , entered. Ihe port was' kept •busy for a .couple of hours. The Arahura arrived from Westport 1 early yesterday morning, and sails for Wellington via usual ports this evening. The Kairaiki arrived on Saturday from Lyttelton ,via Westport. The -Kahuna arrived on Saturday' morning from Lyttelton direct. The Kaiapoi sailed on Saturday tim ber -laden for Sydney. The Poherua sailed on Saturday coal laden for Wellington. The'Ngahere coal laden sailed for Wellington on Saturday. The Kaitoa sailed on Saturday for Westport and Wanganui. The Alexander sailed on Saturday for Wanganui direct. The Kennedy sailed on Saturday for Nelson direct. The Waimea arrived On Saturday and sails this morning timber laden for Gisborne direct. The Kennedy leaves Wellington tomorrow for Greymouth via usual ports and: is due here on Thursday. By the launch of the new steamer Muritai oh the 28th of April, y an im-portant-addition was made to the fleet of the Tyser line. The Muritai is a well proportioned vessel of the shel-ter-deck type, 486 ft in length, with a gross tonaige of about 7300, and is the sixth vessel ibuilt and engined by the Belfast (firm for the Tyser Line..
