NOTICE is hereby given that the Greymoufch Harbour Board will, at a SPECIAL MEETING to be held at the Harbor; Board office, Greymouth, on the 17th' day of ! JUNE, 1902, at eight o'clock ih the evening, .consider fche advisability of adopting the following bylaw, viz :— 1. NO .MASTER or other person (not beiug a pilot), having the ; command,' or charge of any vessel, shall allow a steam whistle or syren to be souuded - on board his vessel on Sunday, while lyiug at or leaving any wharf. 2. IF ANY PERSON wilfully does anything, prohibited by this by-law, every such peeson in each, and every case so offending shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding Twenty pounds (£2O). 3.
