RULES AND REG LATIONS. 1. All nominations and acceptances must be made in writing, addressed to the Secretary, at the Albion Hotel, Greymouth, and contain full amount of entrance money, otherwise the nomination will not be received. Description and age of horse, with account of previous performance, and colors to be worn by the Jockey. 2. All stakes paid less 5 per cent. 3. No entry will be received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the Stewards shall be final in all cases and all law proceedings barred. 4.
