A Renter message states that Aus-trian-German steamers refuging at the Italian port of Ancona, on the Adriatic, have been ordered to the Austrian province of Dalmatia, under the escort of an Austrian destroyer and a submarine. (Received April 21, 9 a.m.) Paris, April 20. The Echo de Paris says that Italyis perfecting her transports arrangements towards the frontier. Alany fresh units have been hurried forward.
