A MYSTERIOUS MEETING
KAISER'S CANCELLED VOYAGE
SPECIAL TO SYDNEY SUN. London, April 24. It is reported from Berlin that a secret meeting of the Budget Committee of the German Parliament has just been held, the Chancellor attending. Mysterious allusions are being made to the importance of his statement on foreign affairs' generally and the Near East in particular. It is declared that the Kaiser cancelled his proposed voyage on the new mammoth liner the Imperator because of the ugliness of tlie political situation.
