THE SCOTT DISASTER, THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT'S PROPOSAL. IIV ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH —COPYRIGHT. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. London, April 30. Premier Asquith asks Parliament to vote: (1) For Lady Scott, apart from the Admiralty's annuity, an annuity of £200 for herself and £25 for her son until he reaches the age of 18 rears, and thereafter an annuity cf £100; (2) for Captain Scott's mother and sisters, a joint annuity of £300; (3) for Dr. Wilson's widow and sister-in-law, a joint annuity of £300; and (4j for Petty-Officer Evans' widow (apart from the Admiralty's 13s 6d a week). 12s 6d a week and 3s for each child until they are 18 years of age. The Government of India will_ provide Lieut. Bowers' relatives with a joint pension of £100.
