Circulars are issued giving directions to persons wishing to bet. Tho odds range from three to one to those selecting two winning teams paying off on their own grounds, to a hundred to one to those selecting the winners of two home, five away matches, one drawn, on one afternoon.
The promoter's name is not disclosed, but it is understood that the scheme was launched at Sydney, and that certain Alclbournites were asked to become agents.
The following will represent Feilding Juniors against Ashhurst on Saturday at Feilding: Matthews, Thompson,' Cleland, M.cDowall Hewett, Ward, AY. Nicholls, Tantrum, Rcid, Fitzgerald, Alarston. Attwood, Simeon, J. Tantrum, Collingwood.
