MANAWATU COUNTY COUNCIL.
Included in the business set down for the ordinary monthly meeting of the Manawatu County Council on Tuesday next is the confirmation of a Special Order making a by-law relating to heavy traffic, and the hearing of objections to the construction of a private tramway at Oroua Downs. A special meeting will bo held at 2 p.m. to pass a resolution by way of Special Order relative to the registration of motor cars and to by-laws controlling motor traffic.
