Overtime is fixed at the rate of time and a quarter, ihere is to be no victimisation on •either side. The whole of the services were resumed at 4 o'clock. The men are jubilant at the resumption, and at the terms of the agreement. These provide for 96 hours' ordinary working per fortnight, one single week not to comprise more than 54 hours.
