EMPIRE 'TRADE COMMISSION.
It is understood tkat tho Empire it-ade Commission, the personnel of which is announced in to-day's cable news, will meet in London first and avra'nge the mode of procedure and then visit Now Zealand Australia, taking the former first. Sir Joseph Ward, who is a member of tlio Commission, will be unable to go to London for the first meeting.
