THE RUSSIAN REVOLT.

Two companies of Svenborg infantry have joined the mutineeers, besides two battalions from Abo. Reuter's Johannesburg correspondent reports that a meeting of 2000 Rand Jews adopted a resolution in favor of an autonomous Jewish colony in British East Africa as the only way to secure freedom of Russian Jews. Lord Selborne wrote expressing the deepest indignation at the unparalelled horrors of the Russian massacres.
