A new company, Wardell Bros, and Co., Ltd., lias been formed with a capital of £5000 In 5000 £1 shares, to take over the existing wellknown grocery business of Wardell Bros, and Co., 76 Willis Street. The shareholders in the new company aro Henry Wardell 4999 shares, and K. T. E. Hogg, 1 share.
