School children will be invited to help in the collection of used tyres and tubes during the holiday period for the National Council for the Reclamation of Waste. At yesterday's meeting the Wellington ' Education Board gave its approval to the scheme, which adds as an inducement the privilege for children who have collected 12 tyres or 20 large tubes to name any overseas serviceman as the recipient of a 10s parcel.
