MR. FRASER IN THE SOUTH
The Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser) is to speak on behalf of the Labour candidate in the Awarua by-election. Mr. Fraser left last night for Lyttelton. Tomorrow he will go to Invercargill, where he will present the Freyberg Flag to Invercargill as .the first district to attain its objective in the recent Victory Loan.
The Prime Minister will then proceed to Winton, where he will speak in support of the Labour candidate, Mr. L. S. O'Sullivan, in the Awarua by-election campaign. Mr. Fraser expects to return to Wellington at the weekend. t
