MILK SUPPLY SCHEMES
Sir, —Now that milk supply has come before Parliament, would it not be wise to ask Sir Charles Norwood to explain to both Houses of Parliament and to the people of New Zealand the Wellington scheme as founded and established by him during his active association with municipal affairs. It is a romance in health and municipal control, and I am sure that the story is not generally known: The financial side, which I know is only secondary where health is concerned, is remarkable. The story should be published and circulated widely in the interests of the health of our people.—l am, etc., R.D.
