COURT OF APPEAL
A sitting of the Court of Appeal, consisting of the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers), Mr. Justice Blair, Mr. Justice Kennedy, and Mr. Justice Northcroft, was held yesterday to make fixtures. One application for final leave to appeal to the Privy Council, and' one for conditional leave, were granted. A case involving further applications to appear to the Privy Council will be argued, and the other five cases for hearing are three appeals, a case stated, and a case removed from the Supreme Court.
