TO BE POSTPONED
EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS
LONDON, October 3
The exchange of sick and wounded prisoners of war between Britain and Germany is to be postponed. The War Office announces that because of a further message received from Berlin it has been found necessary to postpone the start of the exchange^ which was to have begun tomorrow. The British Government is in touch with the German Government, and it is hoped that it will be possible to make a further statement tomorrow.
