THE DOCTORS BILL
(To the Editor.) Sir, —Your correspondents, "Cheval" and others, miss the point. I did not complain of paying £1 for the services of a mechanic, for I thought it was worth that to bring a man out from his home on a wet night, and your correspondents evidently think so too. But, and this is where they betray themselves, they just as evidently think that a doctor under similar circumstances should be paid very much less —I am, etc., M.D.
