TfVOLI THEATRE

"AH This and Heaven Too."

"All This and Heaven, Too," screen version of Rachel Field's widely-read novel, opens on Monday at the Tivolti Theatre. Bette Davis and Charles Boyer are co-starred for the first time in their brilliantly successful careers. Brought to the screen by Warner Bros.. 'All This and Heaven. Too" retains all the dramatic essence of the novel and brings it to glowing life on the screen. It is the story of a demure little French governess—seemingly destined for spinsterhood—whose very existence was threatened by a Parisian murder scandal, involving one of France's greatest noblemen. But she survives the ordeal to find peace, security, and happiness in America. It is a bittersweet romance that captures within it nearly alj the varying emotions evoked by love in its many phases, just as it is experienced by men and women everywhere. Excellent short subjects will be shown from 7 p.m.
