ALLIED BLOCKADE OF REICH
PARIS, December 4,
A delegation headed by the Minister of Economic Warfare, Mr. R. Cross, and the Director-General of the Ministry, Sir Frederic Leith-Ross, arrived by plane and had a conference with the French Minister of Blockade, M. Pernot, regarding the application of export control against Germany.
It was announced later that a complete agreement had been reached.

Yugoslavia has announced that she will not attend tne meeting of the League Council.
