FIRES AND WRECKS
SABOTAGE ALLEGED IN
RUMANIA
(Received December 6, 11 a.m.) BUCHAREST, December .5. The Government is- investigating a series of oil fires and train wrecks. Some political circles allege sabotage by foreign agents. A £200,000 Britishowned refinery caught fire after an explosion. Two hundred wagons ,f oil were destroyed.
