WOOLWORTHS PROPERTIES DIVIDEND.
A dividend for the half-year ended December 31, 1939, is declared at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum on the preferred ordinary share capital of Woolworths Properties, Ltd. The dividend will be payable on January 15. Transfer books of the company will be closed from December 18 to 31, 1939, inclusive.
