INDIANS IN GERMANY
FACILITIES TO LEAVE
"ONLY TECHNICALLY ENEMIES"
(Received November 4, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, November 3. Thirty Indians are receiving facilities to leave Germany as friends. The official news agency declares that Indians are enemies of Germany only technically, "by force of circumstances over which they have no control, because India was dragged into the war against their will."
