A correspondent at Athens says that the newspaper "Nea Hellas" declares that, following the treaty between Britain and France and Turkey, Italy is seeking collaboration in the Balkans, especially with Turkey and Greece, and indirectly with Britain and France, with the object of countering the Soviet's efforts to become protector of the Balkans.
