"PRAVDA" ATTACK
"DISTORTION OF FACTS"
(Daventry Broadcast.) LONDON, Friday .NightThe Finnish Press tonight replies to the attack made by. the "Pravda" and repeated by the Moscow wireless. The "Pravda" described M. Erkko's speech last Wednesday as a call for war against Russia. Official circles in Finland say that this is a distortion of the facts, and emphasise that Finland has no intention of using force except in her own defence.
The statements attributed to the "Pravda," criticising Swedish newspapers for their comment on the negotiations, are. denied by authoritative circles in Stockholm. <
