KAURI TIMBER DIVIDEND.
The Kauri Timber Co., Ltd., has advised the Stock Exchange Association of New Zealand that the directors announce that, subject to audit, they have resolved to recommend that a dividend at the rate of 7 per cent, per annum be paid for the half-year ended August 31. making, with the interim dividend paid in June, 6 per cent, for the year.
