The Rumanian Ambassador to Turkey,- who has been in Bucharest conferring with King Carol, and the Rumanian Government, is on, his way back to Ankara, . ; .
Passing through Istanbul, he telephoned the Turkish Foreign Minister in Ankara and arranged a meeting for tomorrow. It was previously suggested that Rumania might join in the talks that it was suggested, would be resumed between Russia and Turkey,
