DEFENCE BY COMMITTEES
Field-Marshal Goering in his capacity of chairman of the new Ministerial Council for Reich Defence, has issued a decree appointing committees to assist the twelve special district commissioners "for the defence of the Reich," says the official German News .Agency. The committees are under the authority of the Defence Commissioner and must obey his instructions.
