The Moscow correspondent of "Th« Times" says that the Russians want to know what England and Franca will do in the event of war against Germany, as M. Stalin has made it abundantly clear that he will guard against being manoeuvred into fighting the battles of th|||if restern Eowers. The City of Exeterllfas been specially chartered to take the AnglOrFrench military missions to Leningrad. The party will number at least 30. The talks are expected to last for som# weeks.
