FORTHCOMING TALKS
(Received 'April 28, 2 p.m.) ROME, April 27. The Commander-in-Chief of the German Army (General yon Brauchitsch) is expected to arrive in Italy on April 29 to discuss military co-operation between Germany and Italy. He will then go to Libya.
