R.A.F. FATALITY
CRASH ON INSTRUCTIONAL
FLIGHT
MELBOURNE, November 24,
An Air Force plane crashed during an instructional flight near Point Cook today. Flying-Officer P. McDonough was killed. Cadet J. Costello was not seriously injured.
The machine was wrecked, but did not catch fire.
