WANGANUI, This Day.
The firm of McCarthy and Jackson, Wanganui, was the successful tenderer for additions to the Patea Public Hospital The contract price is £6000. Instructions have been received from the Minister of Health to proceed with the work, which includes 22 bedrooms and nurses' quarters.
