DONAGHY'S ROPE AND TWINE
An extraordinary meeting of Donaghys Rope and Twine Co., Ltd., Dunedin, is to be held to consider: 1. That the capital of the company be increased from £75,000 to £125.000 by the creation of 50,000 additional shares of £1 each.
2. That the maximum number of directors of the company be increased from five to six.
3. That the remuneration of the directors shall be at the rate of 750 guineas per annum until otherwise determined by the company in general meeting.
