FURTHER REMAND
DEGREE CERTIFICATE CASE
Albert Fergus Stanley Hickey, a company manager, aged 38, who pleaded guilty in the Magistrate's Court on June 30 to attempting to utter a forged degree certificate stating that he had qualified for the degrees of Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery, appeared for sentence before Mr." Justice Reed in the Supreme Court today, but was remanded until July 29. Bail was renewed. The Crown Prosecutor (Mr. W. H. Cunningham), applying for the remand, said the police had not yet received certain information from Australia. His Honour said it was very necessary that the Court should have details of tha prisoner's career in Melbourne. ■ '
