; Following one of the most unusual accidents that has happened in recent years on a studio ground stage an accident that confined her to her home for seven days, Ann Sothern has returned to work in her R.K.0.-Radio picture, "There Goes My Girl " Play. ing a scene with Rene Raymond recently, Miss Sothern was supposed to duck behind a couch to avoid bein" seen by her fellow-player. The actresi clucked so swiftly, however, that her chin struck the arm of the couch with such force that her teeth bit through her lower lip. Miss Sothern was taken to the offices of Dr. William S. Branch where four stitches were taken to . close the wound. Fortunately, no scar loiiowed.
